Silent witness

Hey well I'm packing all my stuff all ready for England! Man I'm so excited! Just been working and the usual, heey and guess what I've been an almost Vegan for the last two weeks, I was thinking hey I'm doing pretty well and then realised that this brown bread I bought had cultured whey in it! Doh! Haha oh well back to the sketching board, and as for really boring information I thought I check with the board of nutritionalists and see what todays daily intake was like! (I am seriously thinking of doing a paper\course on nutrition!)

Anyway for the vegan diet I scored today ... 65 grams of protein, 45 grams of fat, 34 grams of fibre and 31 grams of sugar! ... Its actually crazy how much you eat if you write it down at the end of the day, now I'm sure you're dying to know what I had so in order of consumption! =D ...

1 half Pomegranite, Bowl of oatmeal with soy milk, 1 tiny muesli bar, 1 pear, 4 pieces of wholewheat bread, lentils, alphalpha, grated carrot. An apple, Pumpkin soup with 4 pieces of wholewheat bread with vegan pinto bean dip! Wow thats seems like a crazy amount of food!

Apparently for protein I should be eating my body weight multiplied by 0.8 ... which equates to about 55grams of protein so I was over that, I was under for sugar which was about 50g per day, also fibre was 25g and I was over that, and lastly fat should be under 65g and I was under that! Wow exciting stuff!
